Rent Types


The rent amount and type that the tenant (lessee) will be responsible to pay to the landlord (lessor) throughout the lease term is negotiated prior to both parties signing a lease agreement. A giant arched roof over the stage and seating area provides protection from sun and rain and offers incredible acoustics. The bar is big, comfortable, and informal. It is the kind of place that you can come and kick back and relax in outdoor type setting. This venue also has the potential to be the go-to live music venue for the entire area, especially if augmented by a competent food service program and professional bar service and operation. It can easily handle 500 or more patrons for live music shows and has a professional stage and backstage area. Texas City is a prosperous, family-oriented community with almost 50,000 people, with high employment.
