The rent amount and type that the tenant (lessee) will be responsible to pay to the landlord (lessor) throughout the lease term is negotiated prior to both parties signing a lease agreement. About the Property

In July of 2005 Hawkins Companies tackled another large remodel project by purchasing a worn out center on the corner of Lee Highway and Highway 153 in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
