ENVIRONMENTAL
Environmental conditions have been remedied in accordance with the final Remedial Action Plan. An addition of two feet (2’) of fill may be required for the entire site to encapsulate the affected area prior to residential development.
TYPOGRAPHY
In addition to the two feet of fill required to satisfy the Remedial Action Plan referenced above, an estimated four to six feet (4-6’) of clean fill may be required to elevate the site prior to residential development.
