Property Overview

The Frisco Medical Research Center is being developed by Dorothy Spector, a graduate of Boston University. When completed, this health-centric facility will be home to both large and small medical research companies as well as med-tech, med-support, pharmaceutical, wellness, fitness, clean corporate housing, and a health-centric grocery. The facility is the first of its kind and will create the post-COVID standard for construction and renovation of this type of facility worldwide. Green Environment: Turner Construction will provide a Platinum Green building construction. UV lighting will flash and clean at entryways, elevators, bathrooms, hallways, all common areas, as well as within the tenant spaces. It will run through the HVAC systems ensuring air purification without the risk of chemical contamination. The UV will flash clean as people exit an area, preventing the risk of eye exposure. Entries will have mechanical touch open push-pads, similar to the current handicap door commands only smaller and requiring lighter touch, encouraging the use of elbows, pens, books, umbrellas, or other commonly accessible items to the community. Emergency handles will be present, which will trigger a warning light to clean the handle. Each entrance will have a sanitizer dispenser on either side of the doorways, as well as a touchless trash can with UV lighting. The elevators will drive by both the central concierge command and fingerprint ID for both security and to provide a touch-free experience. Tenants may flash their hand touch-free on the print reader, while unaccompanied visitors will be screened and admitted by the AI-concierge (artificial intelligence), who will by computer remotely call their elevator, which will be programmed to take them to the appropriate floor. All non-tenant entrants to the elevator from non-entry floors may enter an elevator by waving their hand in front of the scanner and sent to the entry floor. Tenants traveling from floor to floor may move the elevator by scanning their ID card or via an app on their phone. The building will be cleaned and sanitized nightly, using green cleaners, and irradiated with UV lighting; at set times when the building is vacant. The UV HVAC system will provide ongoing antimicrobial, anti-viral, and anti-fungal protection with zero harmful chemicals. Lighting features will be both green (energy-efficient and low carbon) and clean. Fixtures will be "easy clean" to mitigate dust or particle accumulation. All tenants will be provided with touch-less AI trash cans. The AI trash can (SmartSort AI) will sort, weigh, reduce carbon footprint, and All tenant fixtures and finishes will be green touchless, and high-tech. Medical Practice: It is essential for every research facility to make room for those practicing medicine. Frisco Medical Research Center will have room for doctors leading the way in their respective areas of practice; for both integrative and allopathic medicine. Pharmaceutical: Medical research and medical practice intertwine with pharmaceutical so closely that medical schools teach pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical companies research cures for medicine. The two are siblings best paired in proximity. The Frisco Medical Research Center welcomes pharmaceutical companies, as well as opportunities to partner with them in research projects. Health and Wellness: The project will include fitness and wellness services. Personal training and a workout facility will be on-site and available for membership to the community.
