The existing tract is located on Airline Road, at the intersection of Airline Road and Saratoga Boulevard. The tract is Southeast of State Highway 357 and consists of lots 4, 5, and 6. Making up 15.45 acres out of section 20 of the Flour Bluff and Encinal Farm and Garden Tracts, a map of which is recorded in volume A, pages 41-43, map records of Nueces County, Texas.
