Airport Industrial Park is a proposed eighteen (18) acre commercial/light industrial land development (the “Project”), located close to Route 20 on Farm Road in close proximity to the Framingham and Sudbury line in Marlborough, MA. The Project is located 30 miles west of Boston, just south of the Route 20 (Boston Post Road) & Farm Road intersection, Route 20 being the major east/west connector road between Route 128 to the east and Route 495 to the west. Interstate 495 is a major north/south connector which connects Marlborough to nearby cities & towns such as Framingham, Worcester & Boston to name a few, with easy access to the Mass Turnpike to the south. Route 85 a secondary north/south connector route is located nearby and provides easy access to such towns as Hudson, Southborough and Hopkinton. The project will consist of approximately 20 commercial/light industrial building sites ranging in size from ½ acre to over 2 acres as well as a 7 acre out parcel across the street from 685 Farm Road.
