Rent Types
The rent amount and type that the tenant (lessee) will be responsible to pay to the landlord (lessor) throughout the lease term is negotiated prior to both parties signing a lease agreement. About the Property
Merrimack Village Center is located at the southwest corner of Continental Blvd and Camp Sargent Road. Merrimack is located in southern New Hampshire at the Massachusetts state line, between the town of Manchester 10 miles to the north and Nashua 6 miles to the south, within the county of Hillsborough. The frontage of the center is along Continental Blvd., an east-west arterial road that is the main daily commuter route to enter Frederick E. Everett Turnpike, which gives excellent access to the center. Merrimack is the eighth largest town in the state, and has experienced a 13.4% population increase during the last decade with the trend expected to continue.
