This Transload Facility off loads rail tankers on to truck tankers for distribution of liquified products. The rail spur has capacity for ten tanker cars that can be unloaded simultaneously. It was originally designed and used for bio-diesel, ethanol, #6 oil, gas and diesel but could also be used for agricultural chemicals. The tanks and piping have been cleaned to allow for any use. Owner has provided a 2012 Phase 1environmental study showing no contamination an no further testing required. The site can accomodate and pump from up to 10 rail cars at once. Two loading lanes, and 20 minute loading times allow for high volume product movement. Three 30,000 gallon tanks allow the rail cars to continue pumping while the semi-trucks reposition for loading. This is a good business opportunity for agricultural products, trucking lines, and petroluem providers.
