The Eller House is a 9,000 square foot office building located in Fishers, Indiana. Fishers is a Northeast suburb of Indianapolis. The building is located directly on 116th Street, which is a heavily traveled road connecting Carmel and Fishers. It is also just west of Allisonville Road which is the North/South connector of Noblesville, Fishers, and Indianapolis. The original building was expanded by an additional 7,000 square feet in 1992. The current owners acquired the building in 2019. The previous owners renovated the property into office space.
