Before that, he served as an economic research analyst at CBRE authoring both commercial real estate market-level reports and individual asset reports.

He’s a double-graduate of University of Florida obtaining both a Master of Science in Real Estate concentrated in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science concentrated in Public Policy. Hakimian pursued both degrees simultaneously and in his final year he was inducted into the University of Florida Hall of Fame for outstanding academic achievement and community leadership.

Born, raised, and now building a life in Jacksonville, FL; when he’s not working, you can find him at either the gym, a bookstore, or wherever his family is and all three with a coffee in hand.
