The center sits atop a knoll, almost like an island, at the intersection of three of the busiest roads in the Chattanooga area. It provides excellent exposure to the I-75 Northbound exit ramp, signage for East and Westbound Shallowford Road traffic, and, to Northbound Hamilton Place Blvd traffic. It is one of the most outstanding locations in Chattanooga area. Listed below is a quick review of our tenants. Most have been in the center for an extended period and all have renewed their Lease at least once. The existing tenants are: Mattress Firm: National company with thousands of stores nationally, headquartered in Houston, TX. This was the flagship store for prior co-owner of Atlanta Mattress Firm franchisee who sold his Atlanta Mattress Firm Franchise and later, again as co-owner, opened this Chattanooga Location as the first store for this and other East Tennessee Northeast Alabama locations. He has now sold this group of stores to Mattress Firm corporate. Mattress store location since 1996. Check Into Cash: National chain headquartered in Cleveland, TN. This is their flagship opened in 1998 and one of their best stores. Used this location to film one of their television commercials. Oreck: Previously, one of the Top Producing Oreck stores in the country. Tenant since 1996. Original owner, age 83, has sold to a new owner who is downsizing and moving to another location. One Price Dry Cleaning: Tenant since 1993 Avail Vapor Newest tenant leased in 2014. This is one of their best stores. They have renewed their lease. Doctor’s Diet This location is one of the top producing locations of Doctor’s Diet about 40 stores. Doctor’s Diet moved into this space in 2013 from another Mall area location when this location became available. Prior tenant was Cricket Dealer for six years. Cricket Corporate required their dealers to close and consolidate stores.
