The Historic Oddfellows Building at 725 Main Street is our premier property in Woodland, California. Built in 1905, it also has the distinction of being the first prominent building in Woodland's downtown to use the Mission Revival style, moving away from the more prevalent Victorian style buildings of the day. From its' roots as a business college and store, to housing the local phone company and even the Yolo County traffic court for a time, the building is currently home to a variety of diverse businesses.
