Terrain: The ranch consists of gently sloping terrain varying in elevation from 1860 feet above sea level in the vineyard to about 1800 feet in the southwest corner. Location: Tivydale Road (FM 2093) forms the north boundary of the property with about 2,680 feet of highway frontage.
