Lindsey became a licensed salesperson in Michigan in July 2012. She began her real estate career in multi-family leasing and property management in Ann Arbor, Michigan. After spending three years in multi-family leasing, Lindsey wanted to expand her knowledge in the commercial real estate world. Lindsey received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and Women Studies from The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a member of the Next Gen Committee. Shaw spearheaded the Mid-America Next Gen group in 2018 and is an active member in the Chainlinks network, and women in Chainlinks Mentorship program. Outside of the office Lindsey writes for the Detroit Jewish News, sits on the board for the Detroit Institute of Art’s Founder’s Junior Council and is a founding member of the Cities Without Houses - Detroit Soho House.
Lindsey’s notable product leasing clients include: Ford Motor Land Development Co., Time Equities Inc, RPT Realty, Kin Properties, Excess Space, Realty Income, RMR Group, Woodcrest Capital, Sansome Pacific Properties, and Pacifica Companies.
