With more than 15 years of experience in tenant and landlord representation, Brent effectively shares his in-depth real estate expertise and market knowledge with clients. Prior to joining Hempel, Brent was responsible for more than three million square feet of real estate transactions as a Senior Associate at Colliers International. He has also occupied a role as a research director at a real estate consulting and valuation firm. Brent is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate in the Minnesota – Dakotas CCIM Chapter. He’s a member of both the Minnesota and National Association of Realtors (MAR and NAR respectively) and the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR).
Benjamin Krsnak, Executive Vice President
Ben is a graduate of the University of Minnesota – Carlson School of Management with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with majors in Finance and Entrepreneurship. Ben also earned his MBA from the Carlson School of Management. He is active in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC); the Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA) ; the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP); and the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR). Julie Yeazle, Senior Leasing Associate
For the last 4 years, Julie was with United Properties as a member of the development team for the Gateway/Four Seasons project in downtown Minneapolis. Her primary focus was as the Sales & Marketing Manager overseeing all things related to the Four Seasons Private Residences.
Julie has a B.A. in Marketing from Augsburg College and was a 2-sport athlete at Augsburg. She is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR) and over the years, has chaired and participated on several committees in both organizations.
