Coral Gables is located a bit southwest of Brickell and downtown Miami and is often considered an extension of Miami’s primary office node. Brian is Vice Chairman of Cushman and Wakefield of Florida. Through his 29 year career, Brian has overseen the signing of leases totaling over 18 million square feet, with a value of close to $3 billion. He currently represents over 8 million square feet of office space in South Florida, with buildings in Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Airport West, Wynwood, Design District and Coconut Grove and has clients which include Metlife, AEW, Nuveen, Cain/OKO, Dacra, Prudential, IP Capital, CP Partners, RealOp, L&L, Related, Brand Atlantic, Wheelock, Banyan and Rockpoint.
