We are attorneys who rent extra offices to other lawyers. It works like an executive suite but without all the nickel and diming. Rent covers everything - the office, secretarial station, telephone, high speed Internet, receptionist services, conference rooms, kitchen (coffee, water, etc). Plus, there are 10 other lawyers to refer to you and it is a great working atmosphere. We have two offices next to each other and secretarial stations. Both are at least partially furnished if you need a desk. One is a corner office with wood flooring. Rent is $1,600 for the larger office including everything but sales tax, $1,500 for the other office or $250 less for the other office without a secretarial station if you don't need one.
