The Hudson Waterfront offers the best views and easiest connections to Manhattan of anywhere in New Jersey. Spanning Jersey City, Hoboken, Bayonne, and a handful of other communities, the area offers quick access to the Lincoln and Holland tunnels and into New York City. Plenty of highways connect this area to the rest of New Jersey as well, including Interstate 78, the Pulaski Skyway, and the Newark-Jersey City Turnpike.
Large inventory is clustered east of NJ 440 near Port Jersey. With excellent port access, the Hudson Waterfront’s industrial inventory is skewed toward large warehousing facilities that receive much of the New York area’s import volume.
