The court date is currently scheduled for April 7, 2023, at 9:00 am. at San Mateo County Courthouse, which is located at 400 County Center, Redwood City, CA 94063. There will be a bidding process with the initial bid / offer is set at $2,462,500. The first overbid amount will need to be at least $2,586,125. Keep in mind that this is an "AS IS" sale without any representation or warranty. There are no inspection reports, or any kind of analysis performed regarding the use of the land including but not limited to zoning, environmental or any studies that may limit the use of the property.
