Zona Campodón - Ventorro del Cano

Industrial building in the Campodon area, in the Ventorro del Cano Polygon. It is distributed in two connected warehouses of 400 meters in floor each. The first warehouse is the one with access to the street, when entering it has an office and a large open space for storage. A staircase gives access to rooms on a mezzanine floor that were used as a laboratory. On the next mezzanine floor are the offices that have natural gas heating. Office layout: Upon entering we find a large reception with a work station for the receptionist. There is a distributed corridor that connects us to the different offices and bathrooms, we highlight a large management office and a meeting room. The second warehouse was used as a manufacturing warehouse and has a metal mezzanine of about 200 meters, which could be maintained or eliminated. The warehouse is located just 500 meters from the M-40 with good communication between the municipalities of Pozuelo and Boadilla. There are nearby metro stops and buses very close to the financial city of Banco Santander and also close to the city in the image.
