Magnificent plot located in Pozuelo de Alarcón. Located in a consolidated residential area. The plot is located on Avenida Monte Gancedo, 9 and has an area of 6,475 m2. As a compatible use, tertiary use is allowed in its office category, as an annex to the challenge of uses (administration offices, offices, accounting, etc.). All other uses not described are prohibited.
