Leasing Team
Luke Pope, Executive Managing Director
Prior to joining JLL, Luke served as the Manager of Leasing for Republic Property Company, a private industrial development firm based in Atlanta, GA. He directed an industrial building and land portfolio located throughout Florida, Georgia, Texas and Indiana and was also responsible for securing sites throughout the country for new development projects and on behalf of clients. Prior to Republic, Luke worked on the industrial transaction services team at GVA Advantis Commercial Real Estate where he assisted local and national clients with the lease, purchase and sale of industrial real estate.
Ross Crabtree, Senior Vice President
Prior to JLL, Mr. Crabtree was a sales associate at Newmark Phoenix Realty Group where he specialized in representing tenants looking to lease or acquire commercial space. He started his career in real estate directly out of college as an intern with Newmark, before transitioning into transactional services. Mr. Crabtree has represented many prominent Jacksonville companies, such as Baptist, Zisser Law Group, AutoQuotes, and St. Vincent’s Healthcare.
Mr. Crabtree graduated from Florida State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate - a multidisciplinary program with an emphasis on the financing, marketing, appraisal and economics of real estate assets. He is a Developing Leader within NAIOP”s Northeast Florida Chapter and a member of San Jose Catholic Church.
