Blue Star Studios

The BlueStar studio campus is a recently completed collection of purpose built and renovated buildings located in the Fort Gillem Logistics Center in Forest Park, Ga. The zoning allows for several different uses including film and television production, industrial, commercial, office, residential, retail, and public uses. The campus consists of 6 buildings which total 98,670 sq. ft situated on 17 acres. This includes 20,000 sq. ft of newly constructed office, 40,000 sq. ft of renovated historic flex buildings and a newly constructed 40,000 sq. ft building boasting a column free 40 ft clear ceiling. (Bldg 700). Building 700 is divided into two 20,000 sq. ft sections each with 80 tons of air conditioning and 2400 amps of 3 phase power.
This 17 acre campus is located inside the Gillem Logistics Center, a premier regional distribution and e-commerce logistics hub featuring modern infrastructure such as a four lane divided spine road, a Georgia Power Substation and advanced fiber optics. Gillem Logistics Center is home to global businesses such as Boeing, Amazon, and HD Supply. The site's proximity to Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, downtown Atlanta, and major highways such as i-285, i-75, and i-85 make this an ideal location for a variety of different users.
