We offer a 250 m² space where, in addition to a workstation (large desk, shelf, chair), you can have your own locker, a display window to advertise yourself, storage area, shared coffee room, access to classrooms and offices, as well as spaces for courses, workshops, exhibitions, and presentations. All of this is provided in a creative environment where flexibility and adapting to your needs are our key qualities. You can enjoy your shared office with all expenses included: electricity, internet, insurance, free landline phone, postal address... If you need a perfect room for courses or workshops, you can rent our 80 m² mirror room. Depending on your business or activity needs, Espacio Karaba offers three types of services: - **Office Workstation:** Your office with all the amenities in a shared workspace. - **Classroom Rental:** Reserve classrooms for your activities based on the number of hours you need, adhering to COVID-19 regulations. - **External Companies:** Provide your business with a fiscal address and enjoy the complete package your company needs, even if you prefer to work from home. **OFFICE WORKSTATION:** €1,200/year or €120/month (VAT not included). Includes: - Furniture (desk + chair + drawer unit + lockable cabinet). - Storage space. - Landline phone with unlimited calls to national numbers (shared use). - Internet (600 Mbps fiber) via cable and Wi-Fi. - Unlimited use of the meeting room (subject to availability). - Up to 4 hours/month of classroom use (subject to availability and prior reservation) for talks, courses, workshops... - Shared use of printer, photocopier, and scanner.
