Karaba offers a shared workspace for people to have a place where they can work and share their knowledge, making courses affordable for everyone. We offer a 250 m2 space where, in addition to a workstation (large desk, shelving, chair), you can have your locker, showcase to advertise yourself, storage area, shared coffee area, use of classroom and office, as well as a room for giving courses, workshops, exhibitions, presentations... All of this in a creative environment where mobility and adapting to you is one of our qualities. You'll have access to your shared office with all expenses included: electricity, internet, insurance, free landline, postal address... If you need a perfect room for courses or workshops, you have the option to rent our 80 m2 mirrored room. Depending on your company's or activity's needs, at Espacio Karaba we offer 3 types of services: - Office workstation: Your office with all amenities in a shared workspace. - Classroom rental: Book classrooms for your activity based on the number of hours you need, complying with COVID-19 regulations. - External companies: Give your company a fiscal address and enjoy the complete package your company needs even if you want to work from home. OFFICE WORKSTATION: €1,800/year or €180/month (VAT not included). Includes: - Furniture (desk + chair + drawer unit + lockable cabinet). - Storage space. - Landline and unlimited national calls (shared use). - Internet (600 Mbps Fiber) both wired and WiFi. - Use of meeting room, as many times as needed. - Possibility of 4 hours/month use of classrooms (subject to availability and prior reservation) for talks, courses, workshops... - Shared use of printer, photocopier, and scanner. Printing and photocopying costs are the user's responsibility (€0.05 B/W, €0.25 color). - Display space in Karaba's showcase. - Display space on Karaba's website. - Social media coverage (sharing any publication you wish). - Space for placing posters, brochures, and business cards at the entrance. - Electricity, water, heating, and air conditioning. - Reception service. - Establishment of fiscal and postal address. - Cleaning service for common areas. - Multi-risk insurance for the premises. - Full access to the space with your own key. CLASSROOM RENTAL: €315/35 hours or €15/hour (VAT not included). Includes: - Use of reserved classroom based on the number of contracted hours. - Storage space. - Landline and unlimited national calls (shared use). - Internet connection (600 Mbps Fiber) via WiFi. - Possibility of using the Meeting Room. - Shared use of printer, photocopier, and scanner.
