Approximately 16.5 acres of non-zoned land in West Chambers County just outside of Baytown’s city limits. It is located on Chambers Parkway which is being extended from SH 146 to SH 99. This area is growing very fast, and the site is surrounded with new development. To the east is a new mixed-use development called The Heights of Baytown. The immediate area is home to AmeriPort Industrial Park, KTN, Jindal SAW, Cedar Point Industrial Park, Covestro, HPP, and Bay 10 Business Park. Drive time to Port Houston’s Barbours Cut Container Terminal is approximately 20 minutes. There are no utilities to the site however CCID #3 and CCMUD #3 are both within annexation distance of the site. When the Chambers Parkway Road project is completed, the site will have very easy access to SH 146, SH 99, FM 565 and I-10.
