Rent Types
The rent amount and type that the tenant (lessee) will be responsible to pay to the landlord (lessor) throughout the lease term is negotiated prior to both parties signing a lease agreement. The rent type will vary depending upon the services provided. About the Property
The Shoppes at Chenal is located at one of the last prime corners in West Little Rock. There is a total of 1,230 linear feet of road frontage with 630 feet on Chenal Parkway (33,000 vehicles per day) and 600 feet on Arkansas systems which is another very busy secondary arterial road type. There will be access (curb cuts) to the retail center from both previously mentioned roads (two on Chenal Pky and one on Arkansas Systems) and there is a signalized intersection at the corner of the property. The visibility and access to this property will be paramount! We are catty-cornered to the Promenade Mall Lifestyle Center which has a plethora of national retailers and over 300,000 SF of space that consists of many national retailers, restaurants, and an AMC Movie Theater.
