The subject property comprises 320 assessed acres, and is located on the north side of the Kings County/Kern County line, four miles north of Twisselman Road, two miles east of Interstate Highway 5, and 1 1/2 miles west of the extension of Lost Hills Road. The subject is about 12 miles north of the community of Lost Hills and approximately 25 miles northwest of the City of Wasco. Directions to property...north on I-5 to Twisselman Road. Get off on Twisselman Road and go west (over I-5). Go for about 3.1 miles to an asphalt farm road that goes through Paramount Farms/Wonderful Orchards. If you cross the overpass over the aqueduct you have gone too far. Turn right on this asphalt road (north) and go to the end of the road about 4.0 miles or so up north, you will come to an orchard area and you have to turn right (east) (dirt road) ...go over I-5 bridge number 06031 (it's a unusual thing) and continue east for about 3.5 to 4 miles and then you have to stop due to the end of the road at the corner. There is unimproved land after that so you can't go any further east. This is the SE corner of the property. Look north and the large irrigation ditch is the north boundary of the property.
