Phase 1 of the business park will include approximately 68,000 rentable square feet in 3-5,000 square foot bays. The total square footage planned for the business park is approximately 100,425 net rentable square feet. Leasing activity for office/warehouse flex space has been robust in this fast-growing Austin metro area and we expect to begin leasing at this business park in late Q1 or early Q2 2025.
