Before joining RX London, Frankie led the City Tenant Advisory Group at CBRE and has significant experience in advising office occupiers on their real estate strategies. Prior to CBRE, she was a Partner at Knight Frank providing advice to landlords on design development, leasing / preleasing campaigns and asset management on a number of prominent City office schemes. Her clients therefore benefit from a depth of experience she has gained from advising clients on both sides of the negotiating table.

Frankie is a born and bred Londoner and is passionate about this great City, its architecture and the role it plays in helping organisations thrive. Ed is a specialist in design development, leasing and occupational advice, with almost 20 years’ experience in central London’s commercial real estate market. Before co-founding RX London, Ed was a partner at H2SO and a director at Colliers International before joining Savills as Co-Head of West End Offices.
