ABOUT BIRMINGHAM CITY CORE
Birmingham’s city core is the heart of Birmingham’s office market. It has undergone major regeneration in recent years, with high-quality office-led mixed-use schemes such as Snowhill, 103 Colmore Row and Paradise Circus, turning the area into a vibrant work and play destination. These have attracted blue-chip, financial and professional services firms, such as BT, HSBC, PwC and Goldman Sachs.
Being centrally located in the UK, Birmingham is a major transport hub. Birmingham New Street is the busiest rail station outside of London, and trains take less than one and a half hours to London Euston. The city also benefits from a growing Metro network that currently connects Birmingham to Wolverhampton and has recently been extended to Edgbaston. In 2015 Ben was named as ‘Dealmaker of the Year’ by Co-Star reflecting his position as a leading figure in the central Birmingham office market.
