Edwards RiverPark (“RiverPark”) is a ~ 105 acre multi-family development opportunity straddling the Eagle River in the mountain resort market of Edwards, Colorado. Ideally located on the valley floor and in the mid valley, RiverPark will be one of the largest development projects in housing-starved Eagle County in decades. RiverPark consists of two parcels on the north and south side of the Eagle River. The parcel is an unentitled, flat, developable lot that will be accessed through an existing ingress egress easement to the west, through Lake Creek Village. It may be accessed as well by a bridge at the eastern portion of the site, subject to requisite approvals. Affordable housing has long been an issue in Eagle County and demographic data clearly shows an increased need for more affordable housing presently and in the future. The housing deficit is currently estimated to be 4,500 units, making RiverPark one of the most compelling development opportunities on Colorado’s Western Slope.
