Newark Works is the only remaining 19th century works of the highly significant engineering firm Stothert & Pitt, once the cities principle employer. The huge halls and high ceilings of these historic buildings are being remodelled to retain their character and draw inspiration from their rich heritage. The designs embrace the brick and steel from the buildings remarkable past to deliver offices and studios that will engage and inspire into the future. The development will provide unique and iconic industrial style workspaces. This will include internal streets alongside meeting, collaborative and breakout areas designed for single entrepreneurs, through burgeoning creative businesses, to well-established companies. Newark Works will be a new, fresh and vibrant destination at the heart of the fast evolving Bath Quays South business district. Office space is available from 240 - 5,000 sq. ft. ready for occupation from Autumn 2022.
