The office is in a mixed-use building and is divided into an entrance hall, two large exterior offices, and three smaller ones, a meeting room, a central open space for six workstations, three bathrooms, an office kitchenette, and an archive. Divisions are made with glass partitions. It has electrical wiring, voice and data connections with a rack room. Heating and air conditioning through a heat pump system with exposed ducts in the ceiling. It is rented unfurnished. Expenses paid by the Landlord: General expenses, taxes, heating/air conditioning consumption which are included in the community fees.
