Unit 11– 13 Diamond Works, is of part steel frame and part timber truss construction with brick elevations beneath a part pitched corrugated sheet roof incorporating translucent roof lights and part flat corrugated sheet roof. The majority of floors are concrete with brick/stone floor to part. Internally the walls to the warehouse/workshop areas are painted and lit by fluorescent strip lights. Vehicular access is via double access doors to the front elevation leading to dock level access. Minimum eaves height is 8’8” (2.6m) rising to 24’10” (7.3m). Trade counter access is from the side of the building which is secured with security gates. The offices have plastered and painted walls and ceilings with fluorescent strip lighting. Kitchenettes, storeroom and WC facilities are also provided. Unit 2a Maple Tree Lane is a single storey building, rendered and painted externally with profile sheet cladding above. Internally the walls and ceilings are plastered and painted with newly glazed atriums and concrete floor. The unit comprises a workshop area, storeroom, office/meeting room, kitchenette and WC facilities. A wet heating system with electric boiler is provided and security shutters to the front windows. Off-road parking is available for approximately 2 vehicles outside the unit.
