Logistics park located in the Pinto Estación Industrial Estate, in PAU 1 of the municipality of Pinto. The complex will have a total constructed area of 63,672.3 m2 and will consist of a group of buildings on a plot of 117,000 m2 with a buildable area of 0.55 m2t/m2s: Building 1 with a total area of 30,626 m2 and Building 2 with 33,335 m2. The park will be located in an enclosed area with perimeter fencing, guardhouse and access control.
