Mr. Nutt serves as Vice President of Investments, Eastern Region. Mr. Nutt joined the sponsor Moody National Companies in March of 2008, and has been involved in the structuring of syndications for Moody National’s various equity programs, which totaled approximately $1.8 Billion of real estate investment products. In his current role, Mr. Nutt is responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing Broker-Dealer and Key Advisor relationships for Moody National REIT II, Inc. Mr. Nutt holds an undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Houston, where he achieved the Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence. While pursuing his MBA, Mr. Nutt was selected to participate in “The Cougar Fund” at the University of Houston where he served as an analyst and portfolio manager of a multi-million dollar private investment fund holding equity securities that are traded in U.S. markets.
