Some of Chad’s recent notable transactions include the sales of Kingston Square Shopping Center, a portfolio of Five Guys STNL investments, Shippensburg Shopping Center, Perryville Medical Center, Randolph Park, Newberry Pointe, Supercenter Plaza, and dozens of other shopping centers and single tenant net leased investments.

In 2016, Chad joined the Capital Markets Real Estate Network (CMRE). CMRE is comprised of the most highly-qualified, best-experienced independent Capital Market real estate professionals. CMRE offers a full range of capital market real estate services to owners, investors, developers, REITs, pension funds, corporations and high net worth individuals who can benefit from utilizing a commercial real estate broker to act as an intermediary or who are users of commercial real estate services.

Chad was named as one of the top listing agents of the year from 2004 through 2020 by Bennett Williams. From 2007 through 2020, Chad was awarded the CoStar Power Broker Award for “Top Retail Leasing Brokers for the Philadelphia Region.” Chad is an active member of the ICSC and attends all northeast conventions and the national convention in Las Vegas every year.
