He achieved the prestigious CCIM designation in 2002 (a designation which is held by only 6% of the commercial real estate brokers in the United States) and served on the Board of the CCIM Arizona Chapter. He is a protégé of Roger Fisher, author of “Getting to Yes”, who made the phrase “win-win negotiations” famous.
