Station Place is a £4.8 million scheme now under construction at Merchant Park, a wider £90m, 65-acre development scheme in Newton Aycliffe. The new industrial units will provide 50,487 sq ft of new industrial space to support new and expanding businesses in Newton Aycliffe.
