Description
The Aaker project formally commenced in 2021 with the submittal of an Annexation and Zone Map Amendment, both of which were unanimously approved by the City Commission in April 2022. Today, Phase One is entirely zoned REMU (Residential Emphasis Mixed-Use District). Subsequently, Aaker received Preliminary Plat approval in August 2023, and shortly after received approval on subdivision infrastructure and parks improvements. Infrastructure work at Aaker is already underway. The total $11M infrastructure package is being fully managed by the master developer and will be completed prior to sale along with Final Plat.
