Executive Summary
The Town of Fairview, “Town”, presents for sale Three (3) tracts of land “Property/Properties” all located in the City of McKinney and described below. A potential Buyer may offer to purchase one or more Property/Properties under the terms and conditions to purchase as set forth below:
Due Date: All offers shall be submitted to David Wideman via mail (851 Stoddard Road, Fairview, TX 75069), or via email at dwideman@davcodevelopment.net, no later than 4 pm on November 26, 2024.
Purchase Price: In the amount determined by Buyer based upon a per square foot price. Upon receipt of an approved survey, the Purchase Price shall be determined by multiplying the square footage price offered by Buyer to the Property/Properties square footage based on the survey(s).
Upon receipt of all offers, the Town shall have Ten (10) days to review and either elect to accept, reject, or enter into negotiations with a potential Buyer(s). If the offer(s) are rejected, the Town will instruct the Title Company to release the Earnest Money, less Independent Consideration, to the Buyer of such rejected offer.
