Plan Parcial Los Jardines

Plot with a total area of 125,627 m2 within the Los Jardines Partial Plan. There is the possibility of building 257 homes within a residential building of 30,296 m2. The land area for public facilities is 3,700 m2 with a building area of 2,220 m2. An industrial estate has recently been inaugurated and has brought a lot of demand to the area, both for rent and purchase. Young people looking for their first home close to work, people leaving Madrid looking for quality of life, people who want their second home in a quiet but well located area with the necessary services at hand. This project was carried out with enthusiasm and after a thorough study of the area. At the time, due to the country's economic situation, following the pandemic and recently the retirement of the developer/owner, this project had to come to a standstill. The area is expanding, it needs housing to be able to grow since there are currently none and those that exist do not meet the characteristics of what is in demand.
