The property is currently the home to a tree nursery and a vintage caboose railroad car.

There are two entrances to the Property and the main entrance is on a dirt road that runs past the Warm Springs Cemetery.
The Property consists of approximately 14.69 acres with 3 meters for electricity service from the Overton Power District #5, a 4” water meter serviced by the Moapa Valley Water District, and one well consisting of approximately 35 acre feet of water rights. The water is connected to the well and is piped throughout the Property to allow for use as a nursery etc. The Property is on a mesa, overlooks the valley, and is home to an extensive amount of vegetation. There are a couple small buildings used as a pump house / shed on the Property, which is surrounded by land owned by the BLM, Clark County, Southern Nevada Water Authority, Nevada Power, and the Warm Springs Cemetery.
