About Northwest Orange County

One of Orlando’s largest industrial markets, Northwest Orange County stretches from Downtown Orlando to Lake Apopka to the west and runs north along Interstate 4 to Maitland Boulevard. Asking rents here vary across the relatively large geographical area, with properties closer to Interstate 4 renting at a premium.
