About Northwest Orange County
One of Orlando’s largest industrial markets, Northwest Orange County stretches from Downtown Orlando to Lake Apopka to the west and runs north along Interstate 4 to Maitland Boulevard. Asking rents here vary across the relatively large geographical area, with properties closer to Interstate 4 renting at a premium. Overall, industrial rents are significantly lower than those in Seminole County directly to the east.
Industrial tenants benefit from accessibility to Central Florida as well as points west, north, and south. Interstate 4 runs as far west as Tampa and north to Daytona Beach, where it meets with the major north-south connector Interstate 95.
