Amazon Delivery Service Provider contract for sale. Super profitable from day one. Business has consistently generated bottom line income in the mid to high 6-7 figures for last 5yrs. Current team in place is a plug play and two managers go along with sale. Per Amazon contract requirements, the sale has to be all cash. No financing or over hangs. Company was number 434 LLC to launch in 2019. There are now 3000+ Delivery Service Provider companies in the U.S with over 2,500 qualified and vetted owners sitting on the bench waiting for an opening. The only way to “jump the line” is to purchase and existing contract. The asset is the contract. All vans, uniforms, routes etc are either a pass through or owned by Amazon or requirement of the contract. A similar comparable here would be FedEx ground routes, except you would own the routes with FedEx. Here you own the contract which is the access to the routes.
