Break-Beam Dispensing System Asset Sale

This is an asset sale for a series of water faucets which can dispense soap with a single motion. The faucet uses a Break-Beam sensing system to turn water on & off and a second sensor to dispense soap. This sensing system requires no excessive hand movement to activate and no false dispensing. This asset sale includes 5 US Patents and a 6th patent pending. There are also several utility and design applications in process.
