Red Gap Brewing Company, LLC is an independent craft brewery in Cisco, TX. Red Gap’s brewing equipment begins with a two-vessel 15 BBL brewhouse with 38 BBL hot liquor tank. They have three 60 BBL (~2000 gals) fermentation tanks, three 30 BBL fermentation tanks, a 30 BBL packaging/Brite tank, and four 150 gal tanks. Additionally, they have a Wild Goose WG-4 four-head canning line capable for canning up to 40 cans per minute. The Red Gap taproom showcases on-premises offerings of all Red Gap beers: core beers, seasonals, and limited/small batch offerings. Other options include ranch water seltzer and nonalcoholic root beer made in house. Six-packs and growlers are available to-go.
