Enchanted Circle Brewing Company located in Angel Fire, New Mexico is a 20 Barrel production brewery that attracts beer fans to this beautiful Rocky Mountain ski, golf and award winning mountain bike resort town.  We create world class beers to drink onsite or take beer to go.
Asset Sale Price – Asking $1,150,000  inclusive of assets, recipes, Brewery name and Angel Fire Brewery real estate.  Owner has invested over $1.5 mil in the brewery and real estate but is retiring and needs to sell.    Buyer will need to apply for new NM small brewer license ($750 per year) and a Wholesale Distribution Liquor License ($1000 per year) under their own business LLC, partnership, etc.
The Angel Fire Brewing operation and taproom opened on April 16, 2016 and was well received in the local community.
The Brewery building is a single story adobe stucco building with taproom, brewing section, and storage area for a total of 5060 square feet on 1.14 acre lot at 20 Sage Lane in Angel Fire..  Four overhead doors service the brewing and storage areas. The location is in a C-1 commercial district in Angel Fire.  Plenty of space to increase production.  Possible Production rates of 6-7000 BBLs per year.
Occupancy – 70 inside and 150 outside capacity on our huge lot overlooking Wheeler Peak to the north, the highest point in New Mexico, and the resorts Exhibition Ski and Mountain bike area to the southeast
The 20 BBL brew house consists of a Hot liquor tank, Mash tank (w/ mill, auger, delivery) , Lauter tank, and Boil kettle with whirlpool.   Manual valves and temperature control panel, with 180 BBL (5-20 bbl, 2-40 bbl) total capacity fermenters, 80 BBL total capacity brite tanks (2-20 bbl,1-40 bbl) and a mobile 600 horizontal fermentation tank.  CIP, keg washer, Cold liquor tank (2000 gal), glycol tank (2000 gal), new chiller (Not yet installed) taproom equipment and fixtures, kitchen equipment, 3 Storage Conex containers (one refrigerated) and complete spares package.  A new 35 CPM canning machine complete with depal, washer, labeler and take off station.
Angel Fire’s water is natural, does not require additional water treatment and is a very close chemical twin to Munich, Germany’s water making this a desirable feature for our brewery.
A 6 inch water line was installed in 2015 connecting the brewery to the Village water supply which comes from a pump house along side of the golf course on Hwy 434.  The pump house pumps mountain water from a depth of 500’.
