Restaurant and coffee business for sale, including equipment, and lease on existing location. The restaurant operates in a beautiful historic building in Browne's Addition. Current owners are relocating back to California as soon as possible due to back to office in-person mandate. Since we have to relocate as soon as possible, we are asking for a fraction of the investment we have put into this cafe-style restaurant. We are asking $16,000 for the equipment (about $60,000 of it). We are also asking $9,000 for pre-paid rent (one month of prepaid July 2025 rent and NNN and $5,000 deposit, which are refunded at the end of the lease). The total is $25,000 including the prepaid rent and deposit which is refundable at the end of the lease. New owners will be able to open their own restaurant or coffee shop.

The rent is less than $1 per sq/ft and includes some landlord-owned equipment: walk-in fridge, fridges, freezer, range, fryer, convection oven tables and chairs indoors and outdoors, etc.
