I started this business as a side hustle, and thanks to some skill and luck, have cracked the code on a unique marketing approach that's generating way more business than I can service on my own. I've decided to sell this company servicing the Oceanside-Vista-Carlsbad area instead of hiring an employee. This is a wonderful chance to be your own boss, and get into a business that's generating cash flow and growing now. We offer solar panel cleaning, roof washing, power washing, gutter cleaning, and window washing. The real engine is in the solar cleaning service contracts, anywhere from 1-3 times per year, right now 90% of customers are signing up for service contracts - recurring revenue!
You will take full ownership of all the equipment, existing CRM and customer contracts, website, marketing assets physical and digital, business license, and everything else you need to start on day 1. I will also sign a non-compete for theses specific cities. My plan is to start another similar company covering a different region of SoCal - and then ultimately sell it as well. You would get right of first refusal on the next region as well.

November revenue was just over 2.4K in about 36 work hours for the month on the Oceanside-Carlsbad-Vista route. December currently has a little over 6K completed/booked on what will be about 70 hours of work, and that's with minimal marketing because I don't have time to handle anymore jobs.
I am asking 12X the trailing month's revenue, so I've just upped the price to 36K as of 12/9. I will continue increasing the price as the business is growing extremely fast. I have the leads and customer demand to grow this business to 10K+ per month immediately, but don't have the time to actually do the service. If you want to jump into something and hit the ground running this is it. I'll provide ongoing marketing services and training - I'll fire up the marketing and generate new customers for you for a fee. You service them, up-sell, get service contracts, get all the referrals, and be off to the races!

I have optimized all of the equipment for max efficiency. Everything is on a trailer. You will need the ability to pull a light trailer (1600 lb's), you need to be comfortable on ladders and on roofs, and you need to be comfortable talking to customers face to face.
I will train you on everything operationally performing the services, on up-selling services, on getting referrals, and getting customers signed up for recurring service plans.
Anyone can get online and learn what equipment to buy, how to do these jobs, and get your own set up. This opportunity is all about the customer acquisitions - I have 25 years with tons of success in consumer marketing and I have a system built that's driving new customers everyday.
